Starters

Chicken Liver Pâté – fig & honey chutney, roasted walnuts
Winter Root Vegetable & Pearl Barley Broth
Breaded Brie Wedges – mulled wine berry compote
Smoked Peppered Mackerel – beetroot & pickle salad

Mains

Traditional Roast Turkey – roast potatoes, pig in blanket, honey roast carrots & parsnips, sage & onion stuffing, spiced red cabbage, sprouts, rich gravy
Slow Braised Steak – rich red wine sauce, pearl onions, mushrooms, smoked bacon, honey roasted carrots, sprouts, horseradish mashed potato
Pan Fried Sea Bass – risotto with cherry tomatoes, spinach, pea & saffron, garlic and parsley oil, charred lemon
Wild Mushroom & Lentil Pot Pie – filo pastry lid, honey glazed carrots & parsnips, spiced red cabbage, sprouts, roast potatoes

Traditional Christmas Pudding – brandy sauce
Chocolate & Clementine Tart – ginger soil & Baileys cream
Yuletide Mess – mixed mulled wine berries, meringue, cinnamon cream & clementine drizzle
Cheese & Biscuits – selection of cheese, biscuits & chutney

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.
Final payment due before December 1st, 2025.

The party organiser is responsible for collecting all pre-orders and payments in advance.

We are unable to split bills or take food orders on the day
